Tyler James: 'The Voice Is The Best Therapy'

Former addicts Tyler and Bo reveal how the show has helped them...

The Voice hopefuls Tyler James and Bo Bruce have described the BBC talent show as "like being in rehab".
Both have previously sought treatment for addiction but claim appearing on The Voice has given them a serious boost.
Former alcoholic Tyler, who was [uuid=13da3bfb-5c69-4100-bdb3-cd72bc1e65ea]left heartbroken[/uuid] when best friend Amy Winehouse died, told The Sun: "It is the best therapy I have ever had in my life.
"When I came into this competition I was a mess. I had just lost Amy, I was a really nervous, shy person and I have come out of myself."
He added: "It's like being in rehab. You see people start to grow from what they were."
Bo, who revealed that she had undergone treatment in rehab after spending years in a "spiralling mess of drugs and alcohol", echoed Tyler's sentiments.
She told the paper: "It's one big love-in. It is the best therapy you could ever get. In the same way as this show, you don't forget people you met in rehab because of the stuff you go through.
"Whether or not we get on, we will never forget this, because of the roller coaster that we rode with these amazing people. We are all in it together."
The eight remaining singers will battle it out in The Voice semi-finals on BBC1 at 18.30 tonight.
