The Walking Dead VR Game Revealed & It Sounds Scary AF
The next The Walking Dead game is coming to VR.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - which is being developed by Skydance Interaction in collaboration with The Walking Dead's creator Robert Kirkman's own company, Skybound Entertainment - will be the first VR game set in The Walking Dead universe.
The studio revealed the teaser during San Diego Comic-Con.
"Set in the flooded remains of New Orleans, the game will challenge players to make their way through the iconic quarters, as they explore what has become a brutal, unforgiving wasteland," teases the company.
"Players will have to deal with others struggling to survive in what remains of this once vibrant city. In the world of The Walking Dead, the walkers are the least of your problems. Will you choose the path of a saint, or that of a sinner? You have watched and played in the world of The Walking Dead, now, get ready to Live it."
Fans lucky enough to go to San Diego Comic-Con this year will also get a sneaky peek of the game's artwork at "a come-to-life setting" at the Harbor House Restaurant from July 18 to July 21, 2018.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is expected to release in 2019, although we don't yet know what platforms it be will available on. As always, though, we'll keep you posted!
