The Weeknd is having a bit of a moment right now all thanks to his brand new single ‘Starboy’. Obviously we’re already totally obsessed with the track, but you know what would make us even MORE obsessed? A snazzy music video to go with it, that’s what.

The ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ hitmaker has delivered exactly that, dropping the epic visuals for his new single, featuring electronic music legends, Daft Punk. Check it out below.

In the hotly anticipated music video we see The Weeknd literally killing off his old self and being reborn as ‘Starboy’ as he trashes his old accolades and pictures (with a lightsaber-esque cross nonetheless).

In the lead up to this drop, The Weeknd has been SO active on social media and we are absolutely loving it. To be honest, we didn’t expect THIS much activity from the usually quite mysterious and rather reclusive musician.

With everything from reposting fan artwork, to images of billboards displaying the ‘Starboy’ artwork, he’s been ON IT, making us even more excited for this awesome new music video.
