The Aussie star looks ripped on the promo for the 3D version of the film, which shows him on his knees in an alleyway at night.
His claws are extended and he appears to be roaring with rage.
The movie sees Jackman's character Logan travelling to Japan to confront a mysterious character from his past.
It will open in UK cinemas on 26 July.
