Adele 'petrified Of Comeback Performance'
After winning a collection of awards over the past several years, including eight Grammys, it can only be taken as surprising to hear that Adele still suffers from stage fright ahead of her performances. Set to make her comeback performance tonight at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, a source has claimed to The Daily Star that the new mother is most definitely feeling the pressure...
"Adele is petrified of her comeback performance," they said. "She's been a recluse over the last year, being a mum, and she knows the whole world will be watching. She's been working flat-out to perfect her performance and rebuild her confidence."
The 24-year old singer spoke out about her nerves only a month ago, according to Entertainment Wise.
"I'm scared of audiences. It has gotten worse as I have become more successful. It starts the minute I wake up... If I know I have got a show, I try to potter around and keep busy. I get panicky and sick. I've thrown up a few times."
