Adele Promises New Music By The End Of 2012 And Has Hopes To Work With Beyoncé!
Having smashed pretty much every record out there, Adele has announced that although her next album is at least two years away, she is planning on releasing a new song by the end of 2012. "It won't be that long. There will be a new song probably coming out at the end of the year," Adele told French radio station, NRJ. "It depends how quickly I write some of the other songs..."
That said, she went on to estimate that the third studio album shouldn’t be expected for at least another two years: "I have to take time and live a little bit. There were a good two years between my first and second albums, so it'll be the same this time."
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer also named Beyoncé as the artist she would most like to perform a duet with in the future, fingers and toes are all crossed that the 'Single Ladies' star will have some role to play in the forthcoming project.
Adele added: "I’ve been listening to her [Beyoncé] since I was about 11. I adore her! I love everything she stands for. I think her work as an artist and a singer is enviable, in terms of the length of her career and how she's grown and grown."
