Bobby Brown Asks The Public Not To Blame Him For Whitney Houston’S Death
With the world struggling to come to grips with to the loss of the legendary Whitney Houston, her ex-husband, Bobby Brown, has recently urged the public not to blame him for her demise. "I’m not the reason she’s gone," he said during an interview on NBC’s 'Today Show'...
The singer/songwriter went on to say that he’s been clean of drugs for seven years and "was hurt to hear that Houston had been using cocaine." He then added: "I didn’t know she was struggling with it still. But at the same time, you know – listen, it’s a hard fight."
Her ex-husband, who has often been blamed for introducing the star to drugs, went on to insist that this was not the case, saying: "I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn’t the one that got Whitney into drugs at all."
Regardless of how she began, how she ended is a well-documented, and very sorry affair.
