Bobby Brown: “We Will Get Through This Tragedy As A Family…”
Speaking up for the first time since Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital – following the death of her mother, Whitney Houston – Bobby Brown has just confirmed that his daughter has finally been released from the hospital...
The 18-year-old was said to have had a meltdown after discovering that her mother died on Saturday afternoon. It happened following an argument that she had with police officers who refused to let her see her mother’s body in The Beverly Hilton Hotel room.
However, reports state that shortly after she was released, she collapsed again and was carried out of the hotel on a stretcher. Bobby Brown, her father who flew back from Mississippi yesterday, revealed that she is being surrounded by his family.
He said in a statement: "My daughter did visit the doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has been released and is presently with my family, including her siblings. Obviously, the death of her mother is affecting her. However, we will get through this tragedy as a family."
Whitney Houston's funeral is expected to take place later this week.
