Calvin Harris And Rita Ora Exchange Words On Twitter
Rita Ora granted an interview claiming she was offered Cheryl Cole’s track ‘Call My Name’, a song produced by Calvin Harris, but she allegedly said she turned it down as that was not the path she wanted to tow, resulting in Cheryl Cole lending her vocal credibility…
After reading the interview, Calvin wrote on Twitter that Rita was never offered the song. Rita then replied "See what I don’t understand is why don’t people @ your name when they talk about you?"
She continued: "So for the record don’t believe media when they twist s**t."
Calvin, in a bid to settle the matter, wrote again: "@RitaOra here calm down! I was setting the record straight as you didn’t at the time. It was a disrespectful comment to make, that’s all."
Rita, clearly not wanting an escalated issue, replied: "I hate beef and fighting… So I love u all. @calvinharris call me I’ll explain what actually happened. They twisted it and congratulations. X"
Calvin accepted and replied: "@RitaOra me too, thank you luv + good luck with everything!"
‘Call My Name’ has been dubbed the fastest selling single of 2012.
