Calvin Harris Reveals Emeli Sande Is ‘Up For Collaboration’
Calvin Harris has revealed that he would love to work with fellow Scot Emeli Sandé in the near future. The ‘Let’s Go’ DJ recently unveiled his latest album ’18 months’ and confirmed that he has discussed hooking up with the 24-year-old singer and she is ‘up for it’…
Speaking to Capital FM about the likelihood of the pair getting in the studio together, the 28-year old shared: "Yeah I mean if I was going to do another 'song' song, I'd really want to do it with Emeli Sande … We've spoke about it and she's up for it.”
Discussing why there may be a delay in hooking up with the MOBO award-winning songstress, Calvin explained: "Folk like that are ridiculously busy … I'm hoping it will happen. I know she's up for it so that would be amazing."
Emeli, who has had a whirlwind 18-months following the success of her album ‘Our Version of Events,’ has been slated to perform at the Grey Goose Winter Ball this weekend alongside Labrinth. The pair, who collaborated on the No.1 track ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’ are both set to raise the roof at the event which will benefit Elton John’s AIDS Foundation.
