Dappy Set To Go To Court And Upsets Fans On Twitter
Former N-Dubz member Dappy makes headlines again this week after officially receiving a crown court date for his involvement in a fight at a petrol station in Guildford, Surrey back in February. The fight left three men with significant facial injuries and gained the 'No Regrets' artist a criminal charge of affray after being arrested on March 12…
The musician denies involvement in the attack and is currently on bail until next month, where he will appear in court alongside three other co-defendants. The star also caused offence to members of the public recently after taking to Twitter to comment on London MC, Scorcher.
Following the pair dissing each other in records, Dappy wrote: "Ur a d***head in your HOOD you've never BEEN KNOWN... I'll get your Face F***ed DOWN SYNDROME."
Sarah Smith of The Down's Heart Group commented on the tweet, telling The Sun that she found it "inappropriate and offensive... people with Down's Syndrome have such a lot to offer."
She added: "There will be a lot of Dappy's fans who have Down's Syndrome who will not be happy he used that term as a form of abuse."
