Diggy Simmons Disses J. Cole On New Track ‘Fall Down’
J. Cole and Diggy Simmons have been going back and forth exchanging both direct and indirect shots at each other over the past few months. It all began back in February when Diggy apparently took offence to a verse on the Roc Nation rapper’s track ‘Grew Up Fast’, to which he swiftly replied with the diss track ‘What You Say To Me’…
Fast forward a few months; several stories and radio interviews later, and we could have been forgiven for thinking any animosity between the two may have subsided. However, it was reported that J. Cole recently spat an exclusive freestyle whilst backstage at a show, some of the content evidently forcing Diggy’s hand.
‘Fall Down’ premiered on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club today and is taken from his forthcoming ‘Out Of This World’ mixtape. It also features a hook from LA-based singer and songwriter Victoria Monet, who recently featured on a track from Nas’ chart-topping ‘Life Is Good’ LP.
