Dizzee Rascal: “I Got In There Before Rihanna…”
Dizzee Rascal is getting ready to release his fifth album, which will be the first album he has released since signing to the Universal Music label late last year. The east London rapper revealed that he is no longer a full-time UK resident...
Dizzee told The Sun: "I live in Miami now as well as here, so I go back and forth. I've been in Vegas and LA as well, where I met up with Snoop Dogg. He hooked me up with a load of producers, so I've done a lot with them. They are loving dubstep over there and it's all pretty banging."
Despite living the high-life in Miami, Dylan Mills will deliver some familiar sounds on the LP. He revealed: "I've got a song produced by Erick Morillo, which should be this album's 'Bonkers'. I spoke to Calvin Harris the other day, actually. He's gonna send me some beats. He's doing big things. I got in there before Rihanna."
So we know the album will have some American vibes, infused with dubstep and some European-style dance tracks. However, there has been no mention of any grime being featured on the Rascal’s fifth offering.
