Drake And Chris Brown Sued Over Nightclub Incident?
Superstar rappers/singers Drake and Chris Brown are allegedly being sued for $16million (£10.2million) by the owners of Greenhouse Nightclub as a result of the infamous club brawl between their respective entourages in June this year. The altercation took place at the WIP nightclub in New York, which is the sister club to Greenhouse...
According to DigitalSpy, the lawsuit is a result of accusations from the owners of Entertainment Enterprises, which is the parent company of WIP and The Greenhouse club. They stated that as a result of the brawl, they lost out on a $4million expansion deal from potential investors. They also claimed that as a result of the incident, the company lost out on a deal to licence the Greenhouse name nationally.
Documents leaked by DNA Info claim that the Drizzy and Breezy’s entourages were throwing ‘glasses laden with alcohol’ and ‘breaking the handles of bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives’ on the night of the incident.
The events are said to have ‘terrorised patrons’ of the club, with audience members including Olympic basketball player Tony Parker. Many of the spectators were injured during the incident and have subsequently filed separate lawsuits against the club.
