Drake Outsells Jay-Z And Kanye West With 'take Care' Album
"As far as expectations, we don’t have those around here. Expectations are a weakness in the music business because, if you expect anything, ten times out of ten it’s not gonna happen, so we don’t have expectations around here," said Young Money’s boss, Lil Wayne, on projections for Drake’s recently released album, 'Take Care'...
Regardless of this, and the critic’s mixed reviews on the album, 'Take Care' has soared straight to the top of the Billboard Charts just a week after its release. Drake even outsold Kanye West and Jay-Z’s collaborative album, 'Watch The Throne'!
No hard feelings around here though, as Jay-Z handwrote a note to Drake congratulating him on his success.
