Example Discusses Working With Calvin Harris On New Track
UK rapper-turned-mostly-singer Example has been speaking about his new track ‘We’ll Be Coming Back’, produced by his friend Calvin Harris. The lazy (in a good way) sounding dance track is a slightly different sound for Elliot, who normally sings over pounding dub beats…
However, ‘We’ll Be Coming Back’ is a mellow dance track which will surely be dominating the radio stations in the near future, with its pop edge and emotional sounding vocals from Example.
Speaking to Capital FM, Example said of the forthcoming video for the track: "I'm shooting a new video for my song with Calvin and it's us racing through the Hollywood Hills. We end up in the desert and there's a fit bird on a bike. She's got a bag of loot – I'm not sure what loot means – it could be a bag of cornflakes."
The 29-year-old continued: "Me and Calvin are in it. We're going to try and look cool – hopefully I'll look cooler. We've got flash cars and it's the old two day trip to LA option."
He said about his music peer Calvin: "Calvin's been a mate for years because I supported him on tour like four years ago, so we've always go on really well. The main thing now is just continuing the success."
The Fulham bred artist is currently working on his fourth album which is expected to drop at the end of this year. Listen to the track ‘We’ll Be Coming Back’ below.
