Frank Ocean Performs Brand New Music In London
Frank Ocean performed at the Brixton Academy last night (July 9) and will perform there again tonight for his second sold out show this week. Last night at Brixton was his biggest European headline show to date, and he even performed some new music for the lucky crowd. He played a new song which is thought to be called ‘Anything For You’, according to NME. He also performed ‘Feel California’, which he previously performed in Munich last month.
The artist admitted that he is a big fan of London, telling the crowd: "I don't usually [do] much talking and I don't say this everywhere, but this is one of my favourite cites in the whole world."
Ocean recently wrote on his blog about his tour: "All the travel isn’t in support of an album or anything like that really - past or ahead. There’s no label or touring firm dollars involved. All pennies from my pocket. In support of some odd daydream. Ops to photograph crowds and clouds from planes. Contrast all the quiet with some noise. New noise and old noise..sober crowd, faded crowd. All welcome."
