Jessie J Pulls Out Of Katy Perry Tour
Having injured her ankle some months ago, after falling off a stage during a rehearsal, Jessie J recently revealed the extent of her injury, discussing how she’s been suffering in silence after having a bone transplant to have her left ankle reconstructed. This injury has seen her having to cancel many performances this summer, including 'T In The Park' and 'Lovebox'...
The latest in the long string of cancellations comes in the form of Jessie’s support slot on Katy Perry’s tour of North America.
Due to join the 'I Kissed A Girl' singer on five dates - Hartford, New York, Las Vegas, Oakland and Los Angeles - in November, Jessie took to Twitter to express her upset about not being able to attend.
"Having a cry about having to pull out of the Katy Perry tour," she tweeted. "My foot is just not healing as well as I hoped."
Questions may arise as to what this means for her own UK tour, which starts next month. Ellie Goulding will now be filling in as support for Katy Perry.
