Jessie J Talks Life On The Road!
Jessie J has revealed that being on the road can feel like living "in a bubble", which is precisely why she ensures she isn’t simply surrounding herself with "yes men." Recently speaking to The Daily Star, the R&B star said that in an effort to remain grounded, she is careful with who she has around her in the bubble that is formed through touring and being in the studio all day...
She said: "You live in a bubble when you are travelling, touring and in the studio or on stage. You wake up and don't know what country you are in and you have people around you saying: 'You are amazing' and 'let me do this or that' and you completely lose yourself. It is going to affect you, even if you don't want it to. You have to be careful that you don't surround yourself with yes men. I need people who say, 'You are being an idiot today, shut up.'"
'The Voice' judge is also alleged to have been forced to hide her sexuality in order to make her more "trendy", a new book has claimed. The unauthorized biography, which was written by Chloe Govan, claims the 'Price Tag' singer was told by record bosses that she would be more appealing to fans if she said she was bisexual rather than gay.
