Jessie J Unveils Brand New Look At The Gq Awards
Pop singer Jessie J debuted a brand new look to the world when she stepped out at the GQ Men of the year awards on Tuesday night. The ‘Laserlight’ singer had previously stated that she wanted a change and has taken a dramatic departure from her signature look…
According to Digital Spy, the 24-year-old starlet explained: "I ended up looking like a transvestite. I want to change my hair, change my style. I want to be allowed to grow."
To create her new look, Jessie hired fashion expert Cobbie Yates, brother of The Voice Host Reggie Yates as her stylist and is responsible for Jessie stealing the show at the GQ awards arriving in a tuxedo-style floor-length gown and debuting a brunette bob at the annual bash.
Having parted with her long time stylist Karl Willett earlier this year, Jessie has experimented with several different looks, including flowing extensions which she showcased at the Glacéau Vitaminwater London 2012 Olympic Party.
The ‘Price Tag’ showed her support to musical peer Tinie Tempah who won the ‘Solo Artist of the Year’ award. She tweeted: "Woooo @TinieTempah won Best Solo Artist #GQAwards looking HOT! Cheers and congratulations T! Let's have a glass x."
