Jessie J Wants Sophomore Album To Feature Beyonce And Rihanna
Now the star is no longer filming The Voice for the rest of this year, she has time to work on her second album following up from ‘Who You Are’. Jessie J has revealed that she is under pressure to top her last attempt, telling The Daily Star…
"It took me seven years to get people interested in the first album, so the pressure weighs heavy on my shoulders with the anticipation of the second.”
She added that she hopes to get some unexpected collaborations on there to make it special: "I want to get Ed Sheeran and Tinie Tempah on there, but I'd also love to work with Rihanna and Beyoncé. It has to happen organically, depending on who's around."
Jessie also revealed that she would be happy to work with her fellow judging friend Mr Tom Jones: “Me and Tom Jones will definitely do another duet. I've also talked about it with Danny O'Donoghue and will.i.am, but we're all in different countries. If we get the time, it will happen."
Although it was previously reported that Jessie had agreed to do second series of The Voice next year, she admitted: "It's great to be respected at that level so early on in my career, but I've not made my mind up yet whether I'd wanna do it again."
