Justin Timberlake 'insulted' As Reporter Questions His Music Career
Justin Timberlake was recently questioned on his music career whilst promoting a movie and the questioning left the singer and actor ‘insulted’ as the reporter seemed unaware of his latest record. Justin will feature in the upcoming movie 'Inside Llewellyn Davis', and was at the Cannes Festival discussing it…
A French journalist said to the star: "You have nothing to prove anymore in music, Justin. But I have a feeling that you are making some sacrifice in music just because you are so focused right now on your acting,"
Seemingly unaware that Timberlake has recently released ‘The 20/20 Experience’ LP, he reportedly replied: "I just put a record out, man! I put out a record that has a second part. That comes out this fall! Where have you been?
"You gotta get out of Cannes, man. You gotta get out of Nice. You gotta get off your little island, man. As a matter of fact, I'm insulted. It's very pretentious."
The reporter then tried to correct himself, saying that JT seems more focused on acting than anything else. The singer replied: "Would you like to know my schedule? I start a tour in the summer. I start another tour in October."
Justin will also be performing at London’s Wireless Festival and Capital FM’s Summertime Ball this summer.
