K Koke Turns Down Collaboration With Dappy
After shouting him out in numerous tracks, including the infamous ‘Tarzan’, Dappy spoke out on Twitter about collaborating with Roc Nation rapper K Koke – however, the ‘Rockstar’ rapper and singer was seemingly shot down as Koke did not seem as eager to collaborate. In the dead of the night, Dappy tweeted: “Just come off the phone to @KokeUSG He had a bone to pick with me!!! Don't worry we will make a Monsta together #BadIntentions out Now…”
The ‘I Ain’t Perfect’ rapper swiftly responded, writing: "@TheDappy NAH BRO I SAID WE WILLL TALK ABOUT IT #kokewillnotholla”
To which Dappy humbly replied: "@KokeUSG loll Cool bro..YOU hola when YOUR ready”
The conversation did not go unnoticed, with fans commenting – some saying they would like to hear the rappers collaborate, and others saying that Koke’s hesitation to work with the mainstream rapper was a good thing, retweeting his hashtag #kokewillnotholla.
K Koke then began to retweet fans who did not agree with the collaboration, reweeting a fan quoting him: "@KokeUSG: @theDappy NAH SORRY BRO IM NOT INTERESTED U AINT CUT FROM THE SAME CLOTH #iAintPerfect #TURNBACK OUT 25th #kokewillnotholla"
Given the negative turn of events, it seems a collaboration is now pretty unlikely – but would you like to see the pair work together?
In more Koke-related news, the rapper will be performing at MTV’s Brand New showcase next week. You can get your tickets now.
