Meek Mill's 'dreams And Nightmares' Debuts At Number Two
Philadelphia native Meek Mill's debut album 'Dreams and Nightmares' has debuted at number two on the Billboard chart. Although the project didn't do as well as projected, the figures read impressively, especially due to the devastation Hurricane Sandy caused on the same week of the album release...
The MMG rappers album moved a respectable 167,085 copies according to HitsDailyDouble, landing at number two on the charts behind Taylor Swift who holds the top spot with ‘Red’.
Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar's 'Good Kid m.A.A.d. City' dropped to number five on the charts, adding an additional 59,000 copies to its total.
Meek Mill laughed off being at number two on his Instagram feed, writing: "Damn Taylor Swift! Lol good race go and get that dreams and nightmares off iTunes now!"
The rapper enlisted Rick Ross, Mary J Blige and Drake for his debut project, which is in stores now.
