Oliva Tweest Returns To London's Hackney Empire

Oliva Tweest, the first Afrobeats musical to show in the West End, is back!
Inspired by award-winning Nigerian star D'Banj and his 2012 single 'Oliver Twist', the show is back for a highly anticipated and exclusive run at London's iconic Hackney Empire on the September 6 & 7.
Oliva Tweest was written by young Hackney native Nana Duncan, and combines forces with some of the UK's best emerging actors as well as guest cameo appearances.
The show follows “the endeavours of Tobi, a cocky and promiscuous young man who wants and gets every girl he likes the look of. He tries everything he can, to get the attention of a young female songstress he meets at his favourite bar and in his attempts, he discovers her world of lies, ambitions and parental pressure”.
The exciting return will will also see popular comedian T-Boy, aka 'Mr. Don't Jealous Me' as the lead character 'Tobi'.
A host of black British talent, including Afro-Pop rising star Vicky Sola starring as 'Trisha', and dance duos Home Bros. (Fuse ODG, WizKid, D'Banj) and G.O.P Dancers (Tinie Tempah, Cher Lloyd, Tiwa Savage), also star.
