Rihanna Works On Seventh Album And More
Rihanna recently touched down in London town ahead of her performance alongside legends Jay-Z and Nas at Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend, which is taking place on the 23 and 24 of June. Spotted in the capital wearing a t-shirt that mimicked Tupac’s ‘Thug Life’ tattoo, the star shocked passers-by and paparazzi with her own version, which read ‘C**t Life…’
The singer has allegedly been booked in for three days in the studio in the UK, with The Sun saying that Jigga has asked songwriter Sean Garrett and producer Bangladesh to join her. Calvin Harris and the Swedish House Mafia are also expected to work with the 24-year-old on her next LP.
As well as a new album, Rih will be featuring in the DreamWorks Animation film ‘Happy Smekday’ which is due to be released in 2014, as well as going on tour next year.
She previously said to Capital FM about the tour: “We’re going to be going on tour next year. So this year we’re spending out time planning to make sure it’s bigger than anything we’ve done and something more impactful, maybe something different, so my fans can get excited about it.”
The star also tweeted her joy yesterday as she reached 21 million followers on Twitter.
