Snoop Dogg’S Club Promoter Sued Over Cancelled Gig
Rapper Snoop Dogg’s concert promoters Movement Management are in hot water after being sued for $115,000 over a cancelled concert appearance. The promoters have been hit with a breach of contract lawsuit following the cancelled show at a nightclub after Snoop was paid $15,000 to perform…
According to TMZ, the bosses of the club paid an advance $15,000 of an overall $25,000 appearance fee to Movement Management to secure Snoop on June 30, but days after making the payment they were told the rapper had been double booked and was actually touring in Europe.
The club bosses are now seeking a refund of the fee they paid plus $100,000 in damages from the promotion company, taking it through the US legal system citing ‘Breach of Contract’ and ‘Fraud’.
The rapper reps are yet to comment on the incident.
