Trey Songs To Make Acting Debut In Horror Film
Fans of Trey Songz will see a different side to the R&B crooner when he makes his Hollywood debut in a 3D version of horror movie, 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre'. The film first hit cinema screens in 1974 and it will now get a remake. The Hollywood Reporter claims that Songz will play the leading male role in the movie, which will be directed by John Luessenhop of 'Takers' fame...
The storyline in the film centres around a group of teenagers who fall victim to a family of cannibals in Texas. The film was loosely inspired by real-life killer, Ed Gein.
Songz will be hoping that the new version proves to be as popular with film buffs as the original -which grossed over $30 million at the box office - when it is released in October 2012.
