Tyga Faces Lawsuit Over Unpaid Rent?
Rapper Tyga recently spoke to Complex Magazine about the inevitably increased press attention he has received since the release of his worldwide smash ‘Rack City’, saying that he hates to see websites write incorrect information about him. The 22-year-old said: "Motherf***ers is d**k riders. Motherf***ers don't post the s**t that they really, really love. They post the s**t that the readers want to see and gets views…”
He continued: "On some real s**t. I know what I be doing, that's why I be threatening to other people. I don't really worry about what the blogs say because I still sell out shows and I still got my fan base that's loyal to me. And I love what I'm doing.”
Following his conversation with Complex, the rapper hit the news shortly after regarding his Malibu mansion. TMZ reported that his landlord Mr Rezai has filed a lawsuit against the ‘Rack City’ artist as he has reportedly stopped paying the rent, which stands at a staggering $16,000 monthly.
Tyga claimed that the property is unsafe to live in as fans turned up at his door and security were unable to handle it. He allegedly claimed to be moving out; however, held under a contract, the Young Money artist’s landlord demanded he pay for the rest of the lease.
According to TMZ, the rapper has not paid his rent, yet he is continuing to live in the property. The lawsuit is said to be asking for due rent and for the rapper to vacate the premises as soon as possible.
