Tyga Speaks On Shooting
At a recent gig, Tyga reportedly had a bottle thrown at him whilst on stage in Nebraska, which led to him saying over the microphone: "On some real s**t, you can meet me outside." Unfortunately, the culprits did not back down and actually followed the rapper after the gig and shot at his van. The Young Money star's good friend, Honey Cocaine, was shot in the arm as a result of the shooting...
Tyga spoke to Power 106 to explain the story. He claimed that the violence was sparked as the accused shooters wanted to be his opening act, to which he refused. Tyga revealed: "It was some people that were supposed to perform. Like some local opening acts and I told them they couldn’t perform because it’s a tour, I don’t want no local opening acts performing."
After the incident on stage, where Tyga invited the culprits to meet him outside, Tyga said just before her performed 'Rack City': "I’ma do this one more motherf*****g song for my fans and then I’ma go outside." The police report then reads that a black sedan followed Tyga’s tour van and shot several bullets at the van. Honey Cocaine was shot in the arm whilst his crew member, Derick Lowe, had a bullet graze his hip.
Tyga assured us that everyone is fine and recovering well, before confirming that the tour would continue as planned.
