Tyler, The Creator Pays For Vandalism Case
We previously reported that Tyler, The Creator was arrested after vandalising the infamous Roxy theatre in Los Angeles after performing at the venue over the Christmas period. The rapper claims he began to destroy the sound equipment when he saw that two women in the crowd had been hurt and was furious and frustrated that no security members attempted to help them.
TMZ reported that the rapper had a meeting with the case's district attorney which led to the rapper contacting The Roxy and offering to pay for the damages, which totalled to approximately $8,000. Once he pays the charges, no criminal charges will be brought against him and the case will be dropped.
In other news, OFWGKTA are set to release their new album, 'OF Tapes Vol 2', on March 19. The LP will feature Frank Ocean and the gang, minus Earl Sweatshirt - who only recently rejoined the group after some time off. Speculation has also began that a very big act has been working with the crew.
Odd Future recently posted a picture up on their blog of them with Kanye West, who initially showed his support to the alternative rapper by plugging Tyler, The Creator's video for 'Yonkers'. The group will also be in the UK and Ireland next month performing live. Make sure you grab your tickets now before they sell out...
