Verbal Intercourse With Shabazz: Action Bronson
Rocking a solid red beard, stacked enough to give Rick Ross a run for his infamous grunt, Action Bronson comes with many different perks to bring New York back. Based in Queens, New York – home of some of the finest hip-hop acts known to man – the Albanian rapper tends to drop hefty bars with a high-toned voice, strong enough to automatically give nostalgic thoughts of Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah.
However, while the comparison is nice, yet played, it may be more appropriate to line him alongside Raekwon, for the two rappers share a common love for food with their professional culinary skills. Struggling to make ends meet as a top chef in New York has certainly carried a strong influence over Bronson's raps, as he drops food-invested narratives in just about every track. You’d almost think that he was obsessed with food!
But his love for food is indeed more than that. The rapper shares a real intimate, relaxed moment with Shabazz and gives us a swagged out introduction. For this first episode of Verbal Intercourse, Bronson talks about his home borough having the best rappers ever, his means to flip his rap money for culinary wishes, and more. The comical figure also talks about his latest project, Dr. Lecter, his very relaxed wardrobe selections, and his upcoming collaboration with Statik Selektah.
