Yungen Is Far From Putting His Feet Up On Latest Track ‘Comfy’
Check out Comfy here!
After announcing his headline show at London’s Village Underground in April, Yungen wasted no time in reminding everyone why they should be grabbing tickets by sharing a video for his latest track ‘Comfy’.
Whether he’s in his tracksuit and sliders or is all blacked out in his bent-peak cap and latest garms, Yungen wants everyone to know how comfortable he is. However he’s not talking spa weekends and La-Z Boy chairs, but how far he’s come since he made his first forays into the UK music scene. 2015 saw Yungen sign his first record deal but he is determined not to let that manipulate the sound of his music, and ‘Comfy’ is clear sign of that.
The track also sees Yungen discuss haters, his MOBO Award nomination and big up his fellow South London rappers Section Boyz amongst others. The beat brings a classic Grime vibe with some serious bass and a melodic instrumental hook that will undoubtedly be stick in your head for hours.
With a full length project expected from Yungen at some point this year and plenty of live shows, 2016 is set to be a real breakthrough year for him, and we’re looking forward to hearing loads more top tunes.
