Thom Yorke is to release a solo album in July.
The Radiohead singer has revealed that he will release a long-player entitled The Eraser, on which he plays all the instruments and sings all the vocals.
The album, set for a July release on XL Recordings, is produced by legendary Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich.
I have been itching to do something like this for ages, said smiley Tom. It was fun and quick to do. Inevitably it is more beats and electronics. But it's songs.
"Yes, it's a record! No it's not a Radiohead record. As you know the band are now touring and writing new stuff and getting to a good space."
