Hip-hop couple T.I. and his wife Tameka ‘Tiny’ Cottle have both been arrested in L.A.

According to TMZ, the couple were arrested and charged for the alleged possession of a controlled substance.

Law enforcement sources apparantly told the website that L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the artist and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard last night (Weds September 1st).

Apparently the deputies smelt marijuana in the vehicle and after searching it, they arrested T.I. and Tameka.

T.I., real name Clifford Harris Jr., is currently still on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges.

The multi-platinum selling artist and his wife have been set a bail amount of $10,000.
