T.I. Murder Case Verdict

Man is convicted of the murder of T.I.s assistant.

A jury in Cincinnati found 32-year-old Hosea Thomas guilty on all 11 counts he faced from the 2006 shooting death of rapper T.I.'s boyhood friend and assistant, Philant Johnson.

Thomas faces 20 years to life in prison for the crime, where he and his brother followed T.I. and his entourage after an altercation in a club, firing at the rapper's car and shooting dead Johnson and injuring three others.

T.I. testified in the case last week, and said that the shots were meant for him, not his friends or colleagues.
