Rapper T.I. is being praised today after reportedly saving a suicidal man from jumping to his death after talking him down from a roof in Atlanta.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Got Your Back singer is said to have rushed to mans aid after hearing that he had threatened to jump on a local radio station news bulletin.
Speaking of Tip, Officer James Polite told the publication: "He came to the scene and offered to talk to him. We told the young man that, and he came down,"
He added: "He didn't have to stop. He could've kept on going about his business. We're happy it ended the way it did, and we thank him."
T.I., who was recently arrested on drug possession charges, reportedly spoke to the unidentified man for a few minutes before persuading him not to jump. The man was later taken to hospital.
