Tinie Tempah Plays Gigs To 10 People In America
Tinie Tempah has revealed he has played “humbling” gigs to just a handful of people as he attempts to crack the tough US market.
“The American promo has been intense, because it’s so huge,” the Pharrell Williamsand had songs sent over by The Scriptas well.”
He also said Usher had been in touch and was keen to collaborate on a track. “I’ve been talking a lot to Usher. He’s a great guy and I’m pretty confident we will do something together,”theBritsaid, adding that the OMG star had given him some advice on how to stay grounded. “He told me to remember that family is very, very important. They help you recharge.”
As previously reported on MTV, the follow-up to Disc-Overy was due before Christmas but Tinie delayed it to concentrate on his American promo tour. His first US single, Written In The Stars, has already sold one million copies Stateside.
