This time, the free trial starts on Thursday August 16, 2018, and end on Sunday August 19, 2018, but unlike other recent free weekends, this one is available not just on PC, but across all consoles, too.

If you like what you play so much that you buy the game, you can grab 60 percent off usual price of the Standard, Advanced, Gold, and Complete Editions between August 16 and August 27 (although the actual price will depend upon the platform you choose), and any progress you make in game during the trial period will be saved and carry over into your new game.

There's not long to go now until we find out what's planned for Year 3 Season 3 of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege; the announcements will be made on Sunday August 19, 2018, during the Six Major Paris tournament.

We know that Y3S3's Operation Grim Sky will feature two new operators - one American Attacker ("a remarkably sharp mind when it comes to tactical operations") and one British ("a tough police officer who’s an expert on mob behavior and snatch-squad tactics") - and feature Rainbow 6's "first ever fully reworked map, Hereford Base".

For more, including all the details and the times of the trial, head on over to the official website.
