One of this year’s biggest video game blockbusters, Tom Clancy’s The Division, is being given the big screen treatment!

The third-person post-apocalyptic New York action game will turn post-apocalyptic New York action MOVIE as Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal take on the starring roles.

The game sees a deadly virus outbreak leave the entire United States in meltdown. You take on the role of a member of The Division: a badass taskforce of ordinary people, venturing out into the quarantined areas and the dreaded ‘Dark Zone’ to save what remains.

Of course, it’s not the first Ubisoft game we’ll see take over the big screen: the Michael Fassbender-starring Assassin’s Creed movie will leap into cinemas this December.
