Tom Cruise Confirmed For Mission: Impossible 4

Tom Cruise will star as Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible 4, it’s been confirmed.
The movie had been in doubt after Cruise severed ties with studio Paramount back in 2006.
But now it’s been announced that he will reprise the iconic role and that the sequel will be produced by JJ Abrams- who directed the last M:I film and is behind Lost, Cloverfield and the recent Star Trek reboot.
M:I4 will be released in May 2011 with the script currently being written as studio bosses decide on a director.
Paramount boss Brad Grey said: “Tom and JJ are great talents and we are excited to be working with them to re-launch this legendary franchise.”
