Transformers: Age Of Extinction Gets Teaser Trailer
Plenty of action in two-and-a-half minute promo for fourth movie in robots franchise...
A two-and-a-half minute teaser trailer has been released for Transformers: Age Of Extinction.
Giving fans the best look yet at the action from the soon-to-be-released sequel, the trailer sees Mark Wahlberg bring a decrepit truck back to his rural home to the disdain of his family.
Insisting that he can make good money stripping it for parts, his character then discovers that the vehicle is in fact a Transformer.
Their home is then overrun by sinister government agents asking "Where is Optimus Prime" - and they get their answer in an explosive action sequence.
Another authority figure is seen intoning that "the age of the Transformers is over", before an invasion of what we assume are Decepticons hits Earth from space.
The movie is set for release on 10 July in the UK and also stars Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles and Stanley Tucci.
