China’s Newest Attraction Will Terrify Anyone with a Fear of Heights
And even a lot of people without one...
You know that saying ‘don’t look down’? Well that’s essentially the motto you should have tattooed on your arm if you plan to visit the new skywalk that’s just opened at a park near Chongqing, China.
Not only is it the longest glass (YES, GLASS) skywalk in the world at 393ft long, but it’s also a dizzying 229ft above the ground, which has probably made your stomach go a bit wobbly just thinking about it.
So yeah, to summarize, you basically walk over the edge of a cliff with nothing between you and the plunging drop but (some admittedly very thick) glass.
Oh, and don’t worry about the crowds ruining your selfie game - only 30 people are allowed on the walkway at a time. We’re not thinking too much about why that might be. Hashtag weight limit.
Whaddya reckon - want to go?
