This Daybed Is the Ultimate in Instagram Goals
Get yourself to the Beverly Hills Hotel ASAP...
As if you needed another reason to visit LA, the Beverly Hills Hotel is now home to a daybed so instagrammable, it’s (almost) worth a trip just for the pic.
The millennial pink structure features a metal palm-frond canopy - check out those on point shadows, people - and is so pretty it could easily be art.
Which is funny, because it actually IS a work of art. Yup, the daybed of dreams is in fact ‘Le Refuge’, a piece created by Parisian artist and designer Marc Ange, on display at the swanky hotel.
“It is the projection of a childhood memory. Its large leaves form a shelter under the sun, away from reality, just like those of the imaginary jungle that grows in the room of a child who seeks escape,” Ange said in a statement.
Unsurprisingly, it was also the most instagrammed installation at Milan Design Week, and those likes keep flooding in with snaps like these.
You had better hurry if you want your own photo though - the daybed will be relocated to LA’s Leclaireur Gallery from August 24th.
