This Luxury St. Lucia Hotel Is Getting A Sister - And OH She’s A Stunner
When a hotel has ‘sanctuaries’ rather than ‘rooms’ you know it’s somewhere you’re going to want to stay - and that’s definitely the case with the wanderlust-inducing new resort coming to St. Lucia in 2020.
Jade Sea will launch as a sister property to Jade Mountain - the five-star resort of dreams, one of Travel & Leisure’s World Top 100 hotels and subject of countless rave reviews - and will sit on a ridge overlooking the Eastern Caribbean Sea. Ugh. Gross.

Owner and architect Nick Troubetzkoy - who’s brain is somewhere we would quite happily settle down and live - has some seriously sweet plans for Jade Sea, with 24 ‘sanctuaries’ featuring infinity pools and completely open south faces (because who needs walls with dem views?).
According to Troubetzkoy, “The line between man and nature is further blurred at Jade Sea, with sanctuaries that will incorporate indoor and outdoor gardens, waterfalls, and natural stone clad walls covered in a fern jungle.”

“Each sanctuary’s expansive infinity edge pool has been designed for the utmost in relaxation with stepping stones, shallow water seating areas, a floating lounge, and jacuzzi spa.”
Sounds so so so horrible. Yeuck.
Jade Sea’s other amenities (yes! There’s more!) will include multiple (yes! multiple!) sundecks with built-in fireplaces and more than 3,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space including a large dining and lounge area with state of the art kitchens.

So yeah… better start saving. Or win the lottery. Anyone got a spare quid for a scratch card?
