Turkish Airlines Launch New Cabin Crew Uniform With Vogue-worthy Shoot
Straight out the pages of a fashion magazine and OH so stylish.
Chances are that you’ve never looked at the uniform of the crew on your flight and thought ‘ooh, wish I had me one of those’. Until now, that is.
Turkish airlines unveiled their latest uniform design earlier this week with a fancy photoshoot, and it’s not an exaggeration (well, not much of one) to say that the photos could be mistaken for Burberry’s latest campaign.
Designed by haute couturier Ettore Bilotta, the cabin crew uniforms were revamped to celebrate the airline’s 85th year of service, and a new home base airport in Istanbul.
Bilotta says that the design encapsulates Turkey’s links to both East and West, along with modernity and tradition - and whatever the inspiration, oh it’s worked.
The new uniforms will be put launch in October after the opening of the Istanbul New airport, and we’d put money on the Turkish Airlines cabin crew being pretty excited about it. Brb, applying for a job.
