Fancy owning a property that’s (technically) been nominated for an Academy Award? Well roll up, roll up - because the house from Oscar-nominated film ‘Call Me by Your Name’ is up for sale.

Located in Lombardy, Italy, the 16th century villa is the predominant setting for the critically-acclaimed movie, and where Elio and Oliver (Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer) meet and fall in love.

Featuring 14 bedrooms (FOURTEEN) and 7 bathrooms (SEVEN!), it’s also stuh-huh-ning… and you’ll only need a cool $2.7 million to snap it up, according to a listing on Home & Loft.

You may have some competition though - the movie’s director, Luca Guadagnino, told the New York Times that he considered buying the former fortress before he even started working on the film.

Back off, mate. Oh and also - couldn’t lend us $2.7 million, could you?
