Tulisa 'Facing £100k Worth Of Legal Bills Over Sex Tape'
Tulisais allegedly facing legal bills of more than £100,000 for suing various people over her leaked sex tape.
Th N-Dubz stunner, who [uuid=7abbca56-a02a-4926-9372-3f7054e36fbe]won an apology[/uuid] from ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards at the High Court earlier this month, is expected to pay out because the people she's accused of leaking the raunchy footage can't afford the costs.
A source told The Sun: "Tulisa firstly paid a legal team to have the tape removed from websites.
“Then she wanted to make an example of her ex-boyfriend who admitted in court he leaked it. It’s cost her a bomb so far – and she’s still not finished.
“Even if she wins financial compensation it’s unlikely she’ll ever see any of it and she’ll end up paying for the case herself. Financially she’ll have lost, but she might see it as a moral victory.”
The newspaper claims that The Female Boss is suing nine respondents over the leak - with one of them being former [uuid=9f03e214-9353-4ee7-a8e7-bf3c430f969c]Spice Girls creator Chris Herbert[/uuid].
After it emerged that he had played a part in the release of the clip - which shows Tulisa performing a sex act on Edwards - [uuid=9f03e214-9353-4ee7-a8e7-bf3c430f969c]Herbert was later dropped[/uuid] from his consultancy role on The X Factor to avoid any confrontation with the judge.
The insider added: "Ironically, if Chris had been able to keep his job at The X Factor he would have had no problem paying up if Tulisa proves his involvement.
“But now he’s been booted off the show, that’s in question.”
