Tulisa: 'Press Coverage Of Love Life Can Be Suffocating'
Tulisa has revealed that fame can be "suffocating" when it comes to having a relationship in the public eye.
N-Dubzstunner explained: "I don’t really feel 24 – I feel 35. I’ve been living beyond my years. I started drinking when I was 12.
"I’m different because I’m controversial. These people may not have swear words in their vocabulary. They are normal people, who live their life normally. I’m not so normal.
"This has been my life and I am proud of it, even if I’m not like everyone else. I don’t think as many people will go through the same problems that I do because they are maybe not as outspoken.’"
She went on: "I wouldn’t take back or regret anything that’s happened to me – not even the worst thing because I believe everything happens for a reason. I have to learn and come out the other side a better person.
"I have always been told I’m a little old soul. I have two sides. Everyone thinks I am serious, stern and cold. That’s just what I am like in business."
The 24-year old also credited XF bossSimon Cowellfor standing by her [uuid=1a16fe2d-c792-4d8c-8970-88bf4c7237e1]Gary Barlow's [uuid=2c6d3fc6-ff4e-4ea1-b6c1-99a965e331a0]Nicole Scherzinger, T added that it is "amazing" working with the formerPussycat Dollsstar following her well publicised feud with Kelly Rowland last year.
She concluded: "Nicole’s found her niche and nailed it. She knows what she’s doing. It would have been so much more fun if we hated each other.
"I really hit it off with Kelly in the beginning. We tried to get along but then realised we were too feisty. We just weren’t getting along."
