Tulisa's Ex-Boyfriend Appears In Court Over Sex Tape Leak
Justin Edwards has stated the N-Dubz star 'persuaded' him to shoot the film...
She stated: "This is the person, Justin Edwards aka Ultra, who is my ex-boyfriend, that has put it online, who is the other person on the tape."
"I am devastated, heartbroken. When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love and trust you never imagine for one minute that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK."
Earlier today, Justin was spotted at the High Court in London for the hearing, hiding behind aviator shades and dressed in a smart grey suit.
It is thought he has been hiding in the West Country since the sex tape emerged online, with The Sun reporting he has been sent abusive messages from Contostavlos' fans on Twitter since allegedly leaking the raunchy footage.
In a written statement, the 28-year old claimed Tulisa had "persuaded me that we should film ourselves" and "seemed to be implying" that the clip had been shot on her mobile phone.
Contostavlos was not present at the hearing, with Desmond Browne QC, who represented the singer in her absence, telling the court that there was "clearly a substantial issue to be resolved".
A source close to Edwards has since told the newspaper: "This latest move by Tulisa has really unnerved and unsettled him. It's serious stuff and he's got to take it seriously. It's a lot of pressure for him."
Meanwhile, Tulisa has been seen out and about with her rumoured new beau actor Jack O'Connell, with the pair apparently dining at a North London restaurant together with the Skins star's family.
